"We had a great experience with our pool build with Lake Geneva Pool and Spa. Our project began the July before the dig with the help of Jen. She designed a pool area that was really special. Jen submitted for permit in winter and made any changes needed to get it approved (for yard that was unable to get a pool approved by previous owners). We were so excited to begin and dig day was on time in May. Work went straight through to completion. They had us swimming mid-summer! The concrete work and retaining wall are gorgeous surrounding the pool. Jen was always reachable and returned our emails and calls in minutes when we had questions. Tim the owner managed our build. He did exceptional work and was present when work was being done. He added extra touches such as lights on our retaining wall that were not in original plan. We have chosen to continue our relationship with Lake Geneva Pool and Spa with a weekly maintenance contract and opening and closing the pool.
